Dana is an
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
which is the highest lactation credential.
What exactly is an IBCLC?
Good question! According to the International Lactation Consultant Association, "IBCLCs have a unique body of knowledge and skill to provide breastfeeding and lactation care in routine and high-risk situations. The availability of IBCLCs increases breastfeeding rates, which, in turn, improves the health outcomes of the community, nation, and the world."
So what does that mean for you?
As an IBCLC, I have the clinical training and expertise to support you in your breastfeeding journey and help you achieve your breastfeeding goals. Some common issues that I can help with are:
